Then, anyone whom Lord Allah intends to guide, He widens his chest into Islam, and anyone whom He intends to go astray, He makes his chest narrow and tough just like he is ascending into the sky, thus Allah makes filth upon those who do not believe.
It is told in verse 39: 22 that anyone whom Lord widened his chest into Islam, then he is upon the Light from his Lord, then the Wail valley of Hell is for those whose hearts have hardened about Our Reminder. And verse 39: 23 ends as: “Lord is guiding with Adhikr whom He wishes, and whomever He permits to stray, then he has no one to guide”. It is asked to the Messenger in verse 94: 1 that hadn't Lord made his chest widened. It is told in verse 22: 78: "Lord has not placed any difficulty upon the believer in the way and practices of the forefather Messenger Ibrahim which is called Islam".
Since the Best Interpretation of Lord’s Book Adhikr is codified today, the Impartial Lord doesn’t guide or stray anyone. Any male or female can become a believer only with Adhikr which is the Permission of the Lord as explained in verse 10: 100. All other Arabic Quran reading Fujjar who are reading these verses and are leading a life falsifying It, will be dragged prone on their faces into Hell, they are in the worst place and are the most strayed as explained in verses 25: 33-34.
